What we collect, and what we do with it.

When you use the contact form we receive your name, venue, email address and whatever you write in the message. That's all. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.
The form is processed by Formspree, which passes your message to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy notice covers its handling of the data in transit.
To reply to you, and to do the work you've asked about. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't share your details with anyone else.
Enquiries we don't take forward are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for six years after the work ends, because HMRC asks us to.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wearecoverstory.co.uk and we'll do it within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
